Our winter collection is selling really well and many of our stockists are already on their second order of the season!!

Kirstie Allsop visited us and ended up with one of our 'Martha' aprons. Needless to say this saw a rise in apron sales and the trend has continued. Love Lammie New Website Launch

Well it’s been a very busy few weeks here at Love Lammie. Lots of exciting stuff happening. We  are pleased to have Steph and Joy on board to deal with our wholesale customers. Steph is covering the South West and Joy is covering the North East. They’re a great addition to the team.

Over the the last few weeks we have been selling lots of tablecloths and aprons. I think the sunshine and Royal Wedding street parties have had something to do with it. In fact we completely sold out of ‘Vintage Tea Cups’ tablecloths and aprons. Thank fully we’ve managed to get our hands on some more stock.

We are at present preparing for the launch of our new website..... we hope you’ll find it a much easier place to shop. As soon as it’s live we will be in touch. There will be a monthly news letter and competition to coincide with the launch. Speaking of competitions we have one running on Facebook as we’ve just launched a new business page and if you go onto our page and click ‘Like’ you could win one of our gorgeous ‘Vintage Seaside’ mugs. The page is simply called ‘Love Lammie’ good luck!!
There will be another blog very soon. Once we’ve launched the new website.

March 26th 2011

Everything has suddenly gone  very ‘Vintage’ we have been doing really well with our vintage tea towels in fact we’ve completely sold out!!  Which means I need to get out and about doing what I love most visiting flea markets and antique shops looking for textile treasure and delights to adorn our website with.

Vintage Plum Print Pinny

Our latest addition to the ever growing vintage section on our website are two very charming 1940’s floral printed aprons. I feel rather nostalgic about them. As a child I remember baking with my Great Grandma and she would always be wearing one. I wish I had kept them!! I still can’t make coffee buns as she use to call them like she could...
Talking of baking and all things sweet. With Easter just around the corner Love Lammie will be taking part in the ‘Devonmade Easter’ please do come along ‘Torquay Town Hall’ is an amazingly beautiful old building that will be filled with lots of yummy treats and gifts.....

March Blog

Welcome to the Love Lammie March Blog

Pretty Pansies in the Strawberry Cottage Garden

Seems like spring has finally sprung in Salcombe today!! Which is lovely but hard as We have winter mood boards dotted around the studio as we are well underway with the next collection, it’s difficult  to think of winter though when the suns out and the spring flowers are in  are in bloom.

Here’s a sneak preview of our ‘Vintage Seaside’ mugs!!

On the flip side we’ve been working very hard on the Love Lammie & Suzi  ‘Vintage Seaside’ collection of mugs and tea towels. Seems like the hard work has paid off.... the mugs arrived yesterday and they are just adorable....can’t wait to see the tea towels. They are full of all things delightful and summery. In case your wondering who is Suzi? Well she is a very talented textile designer based in Brighton, with whom I worked with when I was designing for the high street in London. I should also mention that she's a very dear friend. This year we finally took the time to team up and design some gorgeous products together. I'm so happy we did!!

I still get really excited when new products arrive I’m like a little girl opening presents on her birthday!! Although if my little boy happens to be in the studio with me when new stock arrive it’s always a race as to who gets to open a box first. He’s already a designer in the making!!
